Customer Agreement for Small Groups Made Easy - Monthly Lesson Library Access

By purchasing the "Small Groups Made Easy" monthly lesson library access, you agree to the following terms:

Product Description:  

"Small Groups Made Easy" provides educators with a comprehensive library of lesson plans specifically designed for teaching small groups in a first-grade classroom. Access includes 5 lesson plans per month and any additional resources.

Subscription Fee:  

The monthly subscription fee is $20. Payments will be automatically billed to your chosen payment method on a monthly basis.

Access Duration:  

Access to the lesson library begins upon successful payment and will continue monthly until canceled.

Cancellation Policy:  

- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the lesson library until the end of the current billing period.

Customer Responsibilities:  

- It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact and payment information are up-to-date.

- You agree to use the lesson plans and resources solely for single classroom use or personal        homeschooling educational purposes.

Intellectual Property:  

All content provided in the lesson library is the property of leslieannporter.com(Course Provider) and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:  

The Course Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the lesson library.
